Terms of Service

By accessing or using getmasterup.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetMaster Up ("we", "our", or "us"), operating under the laws of India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the Platform only with verified parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

• Account creation requires signing in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

Courses on GetMaster Up are purchased on a per-course or per-bundle basis with a one-time payment granting lifetime access.

• Payment — payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer as communicated during checkout. After making payment, you must upload proof of payment (JPG, PNG, or PDF, maximum 5 MB) within the Platform.
• Manual verification — every enrollment is reviewed and approved by our team within 24 hours. Access to course content is granted only after approval.
• Pricing — all prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our course content, we have a no-refund policy once your enrollment has been approved and course access has been granted.

If your payment proof is rejected (e.g. due to an incorrect amount or unreadable file), your enrollment will not be activated and you will be notified by email. You may re-submit correct proof at no additional cost.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure preventing all content access), please contact us at support@getmasterup.com and we will resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, provide a refund.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, slides, written materials, quizzes, and code samples — is owned by GetMaster Up or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view course content for their own educational use.
• You must not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission.
• Certificates issued by GetMaster Up remain the property of GetMaster Up; we grant you the right to display them for personal and professional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users' access.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform.

We do not guarantee that completing any course will result in employment, salary increases, or any specific career outcome. Course content reflects the knowledge available at the time of publication and may become outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetMaster Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@getmasterup.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes access to all enrolled courses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
